This week is pretty busy. I am working from home on Monday and in the office on Tuesday and Thursday for 75%. Wednesday I have my third Ayurvedic Nutrition lesson and Friday we leave for Lisbon.

Tuesday

Wednesday

Lunch Board Meetings
Dinner Stuffed red peppers with side salad

Thursday
