I always know I’m really tired when I start craving meat. Thankfully it does not happen often as the less I eat meat, the more sickened I get at the sight of it. But today, by 12.30 pm all the soup in the canteen had gone, the rest was bread and cold salads. This is what we spoke about yesterday in class: making the best choice for yourself. So, the best choice for me today was the rice and chicken because a cold salad on a cold day would not have increased my digestive fire at all. In retrospect my portion was too big.Another canteen lunch today; rice with coriander (must do that next time) and chicken with pak choy, taugé and ginger.
