What a wonderful day! It was the practical cooking day of my Ayurvedic Nutrition course in a cooking studio in North Amsterdam.
The food we made was absolutely delicious. One of the recipes on the list was the quinoa recipe I make from Anjum Anand. I cooked a rice and kale dish which I would never have come up with in a million years. It can also be made with spinach. I’ll share the recipe next time I make it.
