Dinner (18:30-19:30) Tortellini pasta with spinach sautéed in garlic.

Tuesday
On waking Hot water with slice of lemon
Mid-morning (10-11) Stewed Apples
Lunch (12-13) Work
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Sautéed beets (p 31 Kahate) and Everyday yellow dhal (p 39 Kahate) with rice

Wednesday (Ayurvedic Nutrition Course Day)
On waking Hot water with slice of lemon
Mid-morning (10-11) Stewed Apples
Lunch (12-13) Moroccan Carrots (Liese) and sesame seed rice (p274)
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Red Paste Prawns (Priya) and sesame seed rice (p274)

Thursday
On waking Hot water with slice of lemon
Mid-morning (10-11) Stewed Apples
Lunch (12-13) Red Paste Prawns (Priya) and sesame seed rice (p274 Kahate)
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Thanksgiving Dinner with friends
