This week’s menu is using food that’s in the freezer and as it’s really getting cold outside, some nice hearty but healthy dishes.

Dinner (18:30-19:30) Dinner out with work colleagues

Tuesday

Lunch (12-13) Spicy cauliflower soup with amaranth crackers
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Spinach Spaghetti (Allerhande)

Wednesday

Lunch (12-13) Winter root vegetable and barley pot
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Pit­ti­ge boe­ren­kool­stamp­pot met uitjes (Allerhande)

Thursday

Lunch (12-13) Winter root vegetable and barley pot
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Stuffed peppers and salad

Friday

Dinner (18:30-19:30) Dinner out with family

Saturday (NBPO course day)

Lunch (12-13) At course
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Spinach with ginger and green chilies and rice (p 94 Jaffrey) and braised red cabbage (Tesco)
