Week 12 Meal Plan (9 -15 Dec)

If I say so myself, this weeks meal plan is making my mouth water; can’t wait to make all this goodness!

Monday
On waking Hot water with slice of lemon
Mid-morning (10-11) Apple
Lunch (12-13) Toasted wheat germ soup with amaranth crackers
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Grilled salmon with reggae reggae sauce and rice and steamed carrots

Tuesday
On waking Hot water
Mid-morning (10-11) Stewed Apples
Lunch (12-13) Kitchari and Toasted wheat germ soup
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Spinach with ginger and green chilies served with rice (p 94 Jaffrey) and braised red cabbage (Tesco)

Wednesday (Ayurvedic Nutrition Course Day)
On waking Hot water with slice of lemon
Mid-morning (10-11) Stewed Apples
Lunch (12-13) Winter root vegetable and barley pot
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Stuffed peppers and salad

Thursday
On waking Hot water
Mid-morning (10-11) Apple
Lunch (12-13) Winter root vegetable and barley pot
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Cannellini beans with kale (p 134 Anand)

Friday
On waking Hot water with slice of lemon
Mid-morning (10-11) Apple
Lunch (12-13) Cannellini beans with kale (p 134 Anand)
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Dry potato curry (p 342 Solomon) with chapatis

Saturday

Lunch (12-13) Out – Falafel
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Baked potato

Sunday (Detox Sunday)
