I still have a lot of vegetables in the fridge I didn’t use because I didn’t cook when I was sick, so I am going to use as many of those as possible this week.

Thursday

Lunch (12-13) Rice with red lentils (p 237 Jason Vale)
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Out with family at Thai

Saturday

Lunch (12-13) Rice with red lentils (p 237 Jason Vale)
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Stir-fried Cabbage, Bengal Gram and Coconut (Anjum Anand)

Sunday (Detox Sunday)
