Monday
On waking Hot water
Mid-morning (10-11)
Lunch (12-13) Left over Indian from Saturday
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Cabbage Stir-fry (p 21) with chapatis and roasted onion raita (p 98)

Tuesday
On waking Hot water with slice of lemon
Mid-morning (10-11) Dr. Oz’s Quinoa with Prunes Recipe and Ginger Tea
Lunch (12-13) Cabbage Stir-fry (p 21) with chapatis
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Steamed cauliflower with a spicy tomato sauce (p 26) and chapatis

Wednesday
On waking Hot water
Mid-morning (10-11) Dr. Oz’s Quinoa with Prunes Recipe and Ginger Tea
Lunch (12-13) Steamed cauliflower with a spicy tomato sauce (p 26) and chapatis
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Curried mushrooms and peas (p 34) and naan

Thursday
On waking Hot water with slice of lemon
Mid-morning (10-11) Stewed apples and pears and Ginger Tea
Lunch (12-13) Curried mushrooms and peas (p 34) and naan
Dinner (18:30-19:30) TLB will cook

Friday
On waking Hot water
Mid-morning (10-11) Stewed apples and pears and Ginger Tea
Lunch (12-13) Punjabi Red Beans (p 43) with rice
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Chickpea curry with fresh dill (p 42) and rice

Saturday
On waking Hot water with slice of lemon
Breakfast (8:00) Stewed Pears
Mid-morning (11:30) Apple
Lunch (12-13) Punjabi Red Beans (p 43) with rice
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Dinner out with a friend

Sunday (Detox Sunday)
On waking Hot water
Mid-morning (10-11) Indian scrambled Eggs
Lunch (12-13) Black eyed pea salad with ginger and red onion (p 87)
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Green Mung Bean Soup (Dr. Oz)
