Mid-morning (10-11) Two slices toast with prune jam
Lunch (12-13) Yesterday’s leftover pizza.
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Chickpea curry with fresh dill (p 42) and rice

Tuesday
On waking Hot water with slice of lemon
Mid-morning (10-11) Dr. Oz’s Quinoa with Prunes and Kapha Tea
Lunch (12-13) Chickpea curry with fresh dill (p 42) and rice
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Punjabi Red Beans (p 43) with rice

Wednesday
On waking Hot water
Mid-morning (10-11) Dr. Oz’s Quinoa with Prunes and Ginger Tea
Lunch (12-13) Punjabi Red Beans (p 43) with rice
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Kale with ginger and turmeric (p 133) and naan

Thursday
On waking Hot water with slice of lemon
Mid-morning (10-11) Quinoa with apples and Ginger Tea
Lunch (12-13) Kale with ginger and turmeric ( p 133) and naan
Dinner (18:30-19:30) TLB will cook

Friday
On waking Hot water
Mid-morning (10-11) Quinoa with apples and Ginger Tea
Lunch (12-13) Scrambled eggs with kale
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Rice with turmeric (p 58) and black eyed peas (p66) and broccoli

Saturday
On waking Hot water with slice of lemon
Breakfast (8:00) Stewed Pears
Mid-morning (11:30) Apple
Lunch (12-13) At cookery course
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Sweet potatoes (p 149) black eyed peas (p 68) and corn and bok choy (p 119)

Sunday (Detox Sunday)
On waking Hot water
Mid-morning (10-11) Indian scrambled Eggs
Lunch (12-13) Black eyed pea salad with ginger and red onion (p 87)
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Green Mung Bean Soup (Dr. Oz)
