Note: This week I’m going to make recipes from Simple Ayurvedic Recipes again and from our Ayurvedic Nutrition course.

Monday
On waking Hot water
Mid-morning (10-11)
Lunch (12-13) Maoz falafel
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Kale with ginger and turmeric (p 133) and naan

Tuesday
On waking Hot water with slice of lemon
Mid-morning (10-11) Stewed Pears and Kapha Tea
Lunch (12-13) Kale with ginger and turmeric ( p 133) and naan
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Sweet potatoes (p 149) black eyed peas (p 68) and corn and bok choy (p 119)

Wednesday
On waking Hot water
Mid-morning (10-11) Stewed Pears and Kapha Tea
Lunch (12-13) Sweet potatoes (p 149) black eyed peas (p 68) and corn and bok choy (p 119)
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Pasta with pumpkin and roasted carrots

Thursday
On waking Hot water with slice of lemon
Mid-morning (10-11) Quinoa with apples and Ginger Tea
Lunch (12-13) Potatoes and onions with cumin (Tesco) and chapati
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Rice with turmeric (p 58) and black eyed peas (p66) and broccoli

Friday
On waking Hot water
Mid-morning (10-11) Scrambled eggs with kale
Lunch (12-13) Rice with turmeric (p 58) and black eyed peas (p66) and broccoli
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Barley risotto with roasted carrots (Anand)

Saturday
On waking Hot water with slice of lemon
Breakfast (8:00) Scrambled eggs with kale
Mid-morning (11:30) Apple
Lunch (12-13) Rice with turmeric (p 58) and black eyed peas (p66) and broccoli
Snack Apple crumble
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Valentines Dinner Out

Sunday (Detox Sunday)
On waking Hot water
Mid-morning (10-11) Ginger Smoothie (MS)
Lunch (12-13) Black eyed pea salad with ginger and red onion (p 87)
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Green Mung Bean Soup (Dr. Oz)
