The Plan
Wednesday
On waking Hot water
Mid-morning (10-11) Stewed Apples and Pears and Kapha Tea
Lunch (12-13) Dhal (p 33) with chapatis and mixed vegetables
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Green split pea soup with coriander (p11) and chapatis

The Reality
On waking Nothing
Mid-morning (10-11) Stewed Apples and Pears and Kapha Tea
Lunch (12-13) Dhal (p 33) with chapatis and mixed vegetables, tiny vol-au-vont.
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Green split pea soup with coriander (p11) and chapati and slice bread

Low energy especially after lunch. Me thinks a whole chapati is too much. No yoga as could not get out of work on time. The split pea soup was very thick more like a stew but it was good.

Busyness continues, and will do for a few more days but by Sunday everything should be nice and calm again.

Cooking ahead definitely helps.
