Mid-morning (10-11) Nothing
Lunch (12-13) Left over pizza from last night, apple crumble from yesterday
Dinner (18:30-19:30) Left over pizza from last night and pasta with sauce
I can’t remember what time I woke up today but suffice to say I felt like I could / needed to sleep about 5 hours longer. It’s TOM so that hopefully explains the even-less-energy-than-usual feeling I have. I just hung out on the couch all day, reading and catching up on dvr viewing. I ate leftovers from Friday and Saturday and have no inclination whatsoever to cook, but I did make myself make breakfast for tomorrow.
I feel like I’m sabotaging myself because the last two weeks threw off my schedule completely. If I don’t plan, I don’t cook. If I don’t cook, I don’t eat as I want to, that’s the bottom line.
I am going to be in bed by 10:30 pm tonight by hook or by crook. If I get this bedtime thing under control I’ll feel so much better.
