I was so tired when I woke up this morning, the winter just seems to be going on and on, although thankfully it’s not as cold as it has been. So it was all a bit of a rush getting to class on time.

Everyone was sad that it was the last class today. We have all learnt so much, even though clearly, we have just begun to scratch the surface. Some of the things I learnt are:

– I have a lot more Vata than I knew.
– Ayurveda is a v-a-s-t science. It’s complicated and fascinating and as far as I’m concerned makes total sense.
– You and only you can heal your body and that’s a wondrous thing.
– It’s good to go to bed early 🙂
– Apart from the right food, a good Daily Routine (Dinacharya) is of the utmost importance for mental and physical health.

TLB and I went to yoga, it’s so nice to go with him and as we’d been together on Saturday we both felt improvement today. Lots of forward bends today which I enjoy.

For dinner I had marinated some paneer and vegetables so that all we had to do after yoga class was heat them in the oven. They were good, except we both thought we’d like them more spicy next time.
